Call monitoring is essential to identify potential risks, improve agent performance and ultimately ensure companies and their customers are treated fairly. But, the high cost of employing skilled human capital and limited call center capacity means businesses often settle with just the "tip of the iceberg" approach. Voyc does the impossible by empowering business to evaluate 100% of calls, spending less time listening to calls and more time training agents.


In almost three years, Voyc has grown to an internal team of 10 highly motivated and purpose-driven people with diverse backgrounds and personalities. We work closely to achieve our common goal to transform how companies and their customers are treated. In the first years, our primary focus was on building the product and identifying our niche market of insurance. With the launch of our product, we can further commercialise and scale our solution.


Today, More than a dozen financial institutions, including 1Life Insurance, Bryte insurance and Momentum trust Voyc. These and other blue-chip companies are using Voyc to monitor and improve their contact center quality assurance and agent performance. Backed by Techstars, Voyc's headquarters is in Amsterdam with offices in Cape Town.

Key Accountabilities


  • Define a keyword strategy and optimise our website for search.

  • Improve our brand awareness by redesigning our website, presentation deck and other brand collateral to focus on what matters to our customers (outside-in approach).

  • Track user behaviour on the website and make design & content changes to optimise hooks and reduce obstacles.

  • Build and execute a digital media plan to generate inbound prospects.

  • Setup and optimise a marketing automation system that takes inbound prospects into a nurture path and serves them content that is relevant to their Decision-Making Unit.

  • Coordinating and managing a digital media budget to fuel the marketing automation system.

  • Coordinate the production of effective marketing funnel assets by freelancers.

  • Build and enrich a database of targets and implement a highly-personalised Account-Based Marketing outbound program to specific members of their Decision-Making unit.

  • Conceiving of a partner program and incentive/reward structure.

  • Create a sales enablement toolkit to share with partners that will help them sell Voyc and see the upside for them.

  • Use an Account-Based Marketing Approach to develop a pipeline of partners (system integrators/resellers).

  • Develop and manage relationships with industry and media publications to secure unpaid communications that position Voyc as the authority in call center compliance.

  • Design & optimise subscription pricing plans that increase the market accessibility of Voyc & encourage upselling.

  • Track market for new competitors and update Voyc's unique selling proposition.

  • Develop a lead scoring model and a sales discovery call script to improve the qualification of leads.

  • Craft a sales narrative and build a presentation deck to share with prospects or use on discovery calls

  • Create solution/proposal presentations to present to sales opportunities.




  • You should be a hyper-organised and detail-oriented self-starter.

  • 3-5 years in a fast-paced growth marketing position as a doer.

  • Strong interest in the discourse around marketing, Martech, advertising, growth hacking & SaaS.

  • Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities and an attitude that no job is too small.

  • Comfortable with a minimal amount of direction but high expectations.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a marketing-related field.

  • Experience with Martech tools - Hubspot, Marketo or Active Campaign and Google Analytics.

  • Expertise in Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Slack, and Zoom

  • Experience growing a market function from inception.

  • Experience working in financial services/insurance.

  • Experience working in a contact center environment.
